To prepare you for the DMA Clinical Pilates Certification exam we prepared a 5 minute sample that you will need to complete before proceeding to the full exam. There will be three styles of questioning covering theory and practical components of Unit A and Unit B coursework.
Part 1. Multiple Choice
Consisting of multiple choice with a video or picture question picking the most appropriate bias as the answer.
Part 2. True / False
Will test your theory knowledge across all levels. This includes ANS dysfunction, pelvic floor re-training and key principles of Clinical Pilates and the bias assessment.
Part 3. Case Studies
Involves a case study outlining subjective and objective assessment of a patient. You will be required to select an appropriate Clinical Pilates program for this patient.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
You will have two attempts at this test – 100% pass is required.
