3 day course for each Unit A and Unit B, 9am – 5.30 pm

Unit A must be completed before Unit B. Unit B must be completed before Unit C.

UNIT A – FOUNDATIONAL CLINICAL PILATES

This module covers Matwork, Reformer and Trapeze Table work that bears most relevance to patient treatment pathways.

UNIT B – APPLIED CLINICAL PILATES PRACTICE

This module teaches programme progression and indicators to determine if / when client pathologies are stable and suitable to progress along with a broader repertoire of treatment exercises.
